DD Hotazels Peruvian Puck

DD Hotazel's Peruvian Puck

Puck in the sun at CBAR.

Puck at MOPACA.

Puck at Best in the Midwest.

Like all Jean Claude (Accoyo Baron son) offspring, Demitasse is very upright and proud with great coverage, a slick handle and high luster.

The mark of a great herdsire is the success of his offspring. In only three short years, Hotazel offspring took more than 90 awards. They won 20+ Color or Reserve Championships, 30+ Firsts, 35+ Seconds, 10 Thirds, 6 Fourths and 2 Fifths. For those who say you can't compete in second fleece - a few of those Banners were with previously shorn alpacas! His offspring have won a banner at every show we have attended and in every color group except gray. His whites have even taken champion over full accoyo whites - now that's just plain fun! Hotazel was specifically chosen to compliment Jet Stream and the rest of our breeding program. How rare it is to find a dark suri with lock structure superior to most lights! In addition to that, he is well balanced, conformationally correct, and exhibits outstanding luster. He also has well above average density, (skin biopsy in the top 10%- ask for results). In fact, we chose him specifically for his luster and density.

Hotazel Son!

Puck was born during a hailstorm on shearing day and is named after the mythical mischievous nature spirit, who also appears in Shakespeare's “A Midsummer Night's Dream.”

He is a stunning offspring out of two Champion parents. He has dramatic black and white markings on a strong correct frame. Puck is a true pinto with uniqueness - both his black and white locks are very similar in style and fineness.

Puck is a proud male with a majestic stance. His handle is silky and his locks are easily visible from the outside. Sadly, a shearing burn down his neck prevented him being shown last fall, but he was a joy to show previously, winning two firsts and a second.

His fiber came back nicely and he is ready to go to work as a herdsire.

Special drive-by price of $1,000.

Multiple discounts of 15% off two or 25% off 3 breedings to Puck.

We will retain 3 breedings if sold.

All alpaca have been halter trained.
